Im Hot and bothered

I didnt think it could get any hotter. But it did.

On the work front, things dont seem to be looking cool either, as we shift into our traditionally busiest quarter , i think everyone is feeling it - the resource overload . should we be glad we are still getting work ? should we be thankful we are overworked? with more tempers flaring, more devious politiking (jobs are at stake so theres more nonproductive finger pointing going on) and my own level of patience dwindling . I really wonder .... is it the insane workoverload, or is it the horrid humid heat that is eating at everyone.

If there ever was a time to take a break - it would be now .

Im dreaming happie gupsters. Im dreaming of a nice relaxing break .

Taking a nice drive in a nice convertible ( that i can never afford in my lifetime) across wide open highways...through scenic grasslands, green hills dotted with beautiful wild flowers . nothing but the light blue sky above me with fluffy white clouds . Bright sunshine. cool breezy air blowing on my face.

We would drive on and on, with all the time in the world. only stopping to smell the flowers. to harass the wild furry animals hiding amongst the trees. Then we will find a nice spot under a big old tree , lay out a nice blanket on the grass, and whip out our thermos flask of nice tea sugared with manuka honey. And there we would lay on our backs watching the clouds float by above us. as we sip slowly on our cuppa yummy tea.

all is silent. except the rustling of the leaves in the wind.
