...lucky i stayed home all day , because Andrew and Wendy were coming over for din din at my place :D
I racked my brains what to prepare, in the end i decided i will try a stewed stuffed chicken recipe i saw on TV weeks ago ...heheh
to accompany the stewed stuffed chicken, i made thai pomelo- tanghoon salad...
sauteed garlic prawns...
brocolli with egg sauce...
Hehheh this here is pic of the chicken...after its been mangled...whilst serving ..incase you are interested , the chicken is stuffed with - chinese sausages, mushrooms, red dates, peanuts, and stewed for 8 hours with star anise soysauce, oystersauce, peppers with a splash of my latest acquisition - MOU TAI wine ahhahaha! 
tada...simple home cooked din din...with delightful company...
Its great catching up with Andrew and Wendy , Lets do it again soon
